✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • You've got a personal programme — built around your life, your training history, your medical and injury history, your equipment and your goals — sitting on my own coaching platform on your phone. Log your sessions, your food, your weight. I'm in WhatsApp daily — questions, check-ins, voice notes back and forward. We jump on a call once a week. Once a month we go deeper — review progress, adjust the programme, plan the next 4 weeks. The work covers training, nutrition, recovery, sleep and the nervous system. Real contact, not just an app.

  • No minimum commitment. It's month to month. If it's not working for you, you let me know and we stop — no fuss. That said, I won't pretend results happen in 4 weeks. The body changes slowly. Most clients see real shift in 3 to 4 months and it gets serious from 6 months on. If you're looking for a quick fix, this isn't it. If you're looking to build something that lasts, give it time.

  • Yes — and honestly, this is where most people fall off, so building the system around travel is the whole point. Your programme will have a hotel-room version with no equipment, a 20-minute option for tight days, and clear food guidance for airports and client dinners. Travel weeks won't look like home weeks — and they shouldn't. The goal is consistency over months, not a perfect week.

  • No. I build the programme around what you've got. If you don’t have any access to equipment we start with bodyweight exercises. A pair of dumbbells and a bit of floor space at home will get you a long way. If you train in a commercial gym, even better. Peloton, TRX, kettlebells, bands — if you've got it, we use it. The programme adapts to your setup, not the other way around.

  • The Challenge is a 4-week group programme with a fixed start date. Same coaching call for everyone, same WhatsApp group, designed to give you a strong foundation and prove what's possible. 1:1 is built entirely around you — your programme, your weekly call, your nutrition, your travel schedule, your injuries, your goals. No group, no fixed end date. The Challenge is a structured 4 weeks, 1:1 is a long-term partnership.

  • A 30-minute Zoom. I'll ask you about where you are now, what you've tried, what's worked, what hasn't, and what you actually want from the next year. You ask me whatever you want to ask. By the end we'll both know if it's the right fit. No hard sell — I've turned people down on these calls because the timing wasn't right or the fit wasn't there and there is no issue with this either way.
