Physio, nutritionist and ex-pro athlete who gets the struggle.

I'm not your standard coach. I'm a qualified physiotherapist, a certified sports nutritionist, and a former professional rugby player — and I've lived through the same struggles many of my clients face. I've been overweight. I've battled food and drink habits. I've gone months without training. I know what it feels like to dread exercise, to wrestle with a sweet tooth at midnight, to deal with recurring injuries. That lived experience, combined with my training, means I design programmes that are realistic and human — not generic, not extreme.

My credentials go beyond the gym. I've featured on national radio with Lottie Ryan and Jennifer Zamparelli talking about exercise and strength training, and been profiled in the Irish Independent, Irish Examiner and Strengthcoach.com. During my professional rugby career I played in the World Cup Sevens and I was part of Leinster's 2009 European cup winning squad. The credentials matter — but more importantly they're proof I can take high-performance principles and translate them into practical advice for everyday life.

What drives me now is the change I see in my clients. I am devoted to coaching because I know how easily life, injuries and bad habits get in the way of living a fulfilled life. The biggest reward is watching men regain confidence, strength and momentum in their lives. Watching someone go from stuck to thriving — not with fads or quick fixes, but with systems that actually fit around real life — is what gives me so much fulfilment.
