Yes, you be on holiday and check in to the group as you please, and then when you return from holiday you can up the ante again!

Yes, we integrate any current programmes into the programme for The Challenge for you. Then you can work on all the other aspects of The Challenge.

Yes. All programmes are grounded in evidence-based physiotherapy and research. As a registered physiotherapist, I have experience treating people with osteoporosis, shoulder reconstructions, knee and hip replacements, lumbar spine surgery, ACL and Achilles ruptures, as well as those undergoing hormone replacement therapy or starting GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic. I continue to work closely with these clients to deliver safe, effective, and tailored rehabilitation and exercise plans.

It’s mainly for men 35+ who may have been previously active or involved in sports and want to get back in shape without messing themselves up in the process. If you’ve tried going it alone, fallen off track, or just want a clear plan that works with real life, this is for you.
